Why homeowners choose us
Floors built on the slab you already own
Most flooring means covering the slab with something else. Ours means turning the slab itself into the finished floor. As a Roanoke contractor that has specialized in concrete coatings for over 40 years, Crystal Clear, Inc. installs epoxy floor systems and coated garage floors that bond to the concrete, seal it against oil and moisture, and finish it in solid, flake, or metallic looks. Moisture moving through a slab is the main reason coatings fail, and managing indoor moisture is a building health basic the EPA covers in depth.
The work runs from single garages to commercial spaces of more than a million square feet, and it is rated 4.9 on Google. See our flooring services below, or call and tell us about your floor.

Epoxy Flooring
Epoxy bonds a tough resin coating to the concrete, sealing it against oil, moisture, and wear while giving the surface a clean, finished look. It belongs anywhere a slab works hard and still has to look good: garages, basements, workshops, retail floors, and warehouses. Finish options run from practical solid colors to flake systems that hide dust and metallic finishes that look more like polished stone than concrete. Preparation makes or breaks the job, so every install starts with grinding and repair before the first coat. Our epoxy flooring page covers the finishes and the process.
Garage Flooring Installation
The garage floor lives the hardest life in the house: hot tires, dripping oil, dropped tools, and every winter's worth of road salt carried in on the car. We repair and grind the slab, then build a coating system made for exactly that abuse, most often a flake finish that hides dust and tire marks while wiping clean with a mop. The result is a garage that reads as a finished room instead of a storage pit, and a slab that stops absorbing everything that lands on it. Our garage flooring installation page walks through the whole job.

Clear answers to your concrete questions
What kind of flooring do you install?
Coated concrete floors. Epoxy systems and garage floor coatings are our specialty, built directly on the slab. We do not install carpet, hardwood, or tile. If your floor is concrete, we can finish it.
Can you put an epoxy floor in a basement?
Yes. Concrete basement floors are strong candidates for epoxy, because the coating seals the slab and brightens a dark space. We assess the slab for moisture first, so the coating bonds and lasts.
What finishes can I choose from?
Solid colors for a clean, uniform look, flake finishes that add texture and hide dust, and metallic finishes that swirl into a glossy, one-of-a-kind pattern. We show you samples before anything goes down.
How do you prepare a floor before coating it?
We repair cracks and damage, grind the surface open, and make sure the slab is clean, sound, and dry. Preparation is most of the job, and it is the step that decides how long the floor lasts.
Do you install commercial floors?
Yes. Crystal Clear, Inc. coats residential and commercial floors across the Roanoke Valley, from spaces around 1,000 square feet to projects of more than a million. Tell us how the floor gets used.
How do I take care of a coated floor?
Easily. Dust mop it regularly, wipe up spills when they happen, and wash it with a mild cleaner when it needs more. There is no waxing or special treatment. That low upkeep is much of the appeal.
